Empowering growth through expert psychological care
In every session we work together to empower you to overcome personal challenges and achieve your goals. Therapy takes time, but it can help you to feel better in your day to day life. We will talk about your history in order to better understand how you became who you are today; your strengths and sensitivities. You will learn a range of Cognitive tools used to better mange your depression, anxiety, fears, ADHD/ADD,
OCD, PTSD, and addictions.
I have been a Psychologist since 1983 and have treated thousands of patients with different concerns. I bring all of this experience to every session. My approach is LGBTQ+, Gender, Non-Binary sensitive, and Culturally informed.

Individual therapy sessions are focused on you and we work at your pace to explore and address your concerns. We discuss your life and concerns in detail. I help you to better know and understand your feelings, give direction and suggestions for change, teach cognitive tools, explore inner child work, reduce social anxiety, improve relationships, explore work/career concerns, and find sources of self esteem and self worth.
Trauma therapy sessions are designed to help clients heal from the effects of trauma, such as PTSD, childhood abuse, and sexual assault. We use evidence-based treatments, such as EMDR and trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to help clients process their trauma and develop coping skills to manage symptoms.
Addiction recovery sessions are designed to help you overcome substance use disorders and other addictive behaviors. We use evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to help you identify triggers, develop coping skills, and maintain sobriety.
EMDR is a technique that processes PTSD symptoms, memories, and triggers related to difficult events, abuse and trauma.
Cognitive Therapy focuses on what we think and how that impacts our moods and anxiety
Cultural identity sessions help you explore your cultural identity and its impact on their mental health and well-being. I help you understand the ways in which their cultural background shapes your beliefs and values, and work with you to develop strategies to manage cultural stressors and build resilience.
LGBTQ+ issues sessions provide a safe and supportive space for LGBTQ+ individuals to explore the unique challenges you face. I work with you to address issues such as coming out, family and relationship dynamics, gender affirming transitioning, and discrimination.

Individual therapy sessions are designed to help you to navigate a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. My approach includes psychodynamic talk therapy, cognitive therapy (CBT), EMDR,, mindfulness, hypnosis, and trauma informed therapy.
Teletherapy sessions allow you to receive quality mental health care through a secure and easy-to-use platform This creates a safe and confidential space to discuss your concerns and work towards your goals.
