Some of these core values are helping you to grow and some may be getting in your way. Exploring these with your therapist can begin to give you some valuable insight into yourself.
You may be exhausted from the day-to-day experience of the assumptions and reactions that people direct towards you. You can talk to us about the microaggressions because of your race, sex, gender expression, age, disability status, or other minority category.
